Save configuration file
vpn.zip. If download did not start automaticaly, you have already downloaded the file, or something went wrong. In that case, please contact IT it@czechglobe.cz.

Download OpenVpn Client (or from this site)

Install downloaded
.msi file.

Extract
vpn.zip to folder C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config\ or %userprofile%\OpenVPN\config. There should be 4 files in vpn.zip, if not, VPN will not work.

Start OpenVPN GUI. Icon should be on the desktop or in start menu.

Right click OpenVPN GUI icon
botton right near clock. Click on Connect button.

Note: If you had OpenVPN client installed, you can skip steps 2.-3.
Linux (Ubuntu)

Save configuration file
vpn.zip. If download did not start automaticaly, you have already downloaded the file, or something went wrong. In that case, please contact IT it@czechglobe.cz.

Extract
vpn.zip file. If it does not contain 4 files, something went wrong. Make sure, files are secured (only you have the prmission for read) and in hidden folder (starting with .)

Install following packages:
sudo apt-get install network-manager-openvpn network-manager-openvpn-gnome

In Network Connection menu (icon with active connection in the top panel) click
VPN Connections and Configure VPN connections

Then click
Add and choose Import a saved VPN configuration and choose your-name.ovpn file from step 2.

In the
General tab, make sure All users may connect to this network is not ticked.

Then click save. You can connect by entering Network Connections menu and in
VPN Connections you should see newly created VPN connection.
